Use this form to request the deletion of your WeFit account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and all associated data from WeFit.
What Data We Collect
When you create an account through Google, Facebook or directly with WeFit, we may collect:
- Your name and email address
- Profile picture (if provided through Google or Facebook)
- Fitness activity and gym visit history
- Subscription and payment information
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please fill out the form at the top of this page. We will process your request within 7 days.
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 7 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and personal information
- All fitness activity and visit history
- Saved preferences and settings
- Marketing and communication records
Important Note
Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping as required by law. This data is anonymized and not used for marketing purposes.
